Beef brisket is a primal cut of meat, taken from the breast. It is traditionally used for slow roasting and recently gained popularity as a smoked meat. Beef brisket is ideal for roasting as it is cheap and full of flavour, when cooked on a very low temperature. Our butchers will be happy to string your brisket joint as a rolled brisket piece, to ensure it maintains its flavour when roasted.
