Our whole scotch fillet (often referred to as a ‘cube roll’) are sourced from selected local and interstate farmers, to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency in our product. Whole cube rolls are ideal for chefs who prefer to slice scotch fillet steaks to their desired thickness or can be purchased at bulk price in our store for family or social catering events.
