A semi boneless leg ham that has the shank bone left at the top, making it easy to carve.

Made with the finest Plantagenet free range pork legs from the south-west of WA. Finished with jarrah wood chips for maximum flavour.

Available in full leg sizes (6-8kg) and split sizes, cut lengthways (3-4.5kg).
