Our Irish pork sausages have made a name for themselves since we first began producing them in our Woodvale shop all those years ago. We use the finest Linley Valley free range pork, fresh rusk, crushed ice and a unique mix of spices and blend them all together. Our staff then run the mix through a fine mincer plate and into natural casings, the result? Perth’s favourite Irish pork sausage.
When cooking Irish pork sausages, to ensure the casings make sure to prick them with a fork, then pan fry on a medium-high heat until browned or under the grill at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
